What does the lifetime guarantee cover?
Every piece is covered by our lifetime guarantee against manufacturing defects. That includes faulty clasps, snapped chains, and tarnishing or scratches beyond normal wear. If something goes wrong, we repair or replace it. Email support@setarelle.com with a photo and your order number to start a claim.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery takes place within 1-3 business days.
What is your return policy?
You can return your order within 60 days of delivery. Items should be in new condition with tags attached. You can choose a refund or a gift card with 15% extra value. We do not offer direct exchanges, but you can return an item and place a new order.
